Job Description & Duties	Job Scope : • Supporting Windows 2000/XP/Vista on desktop/laptop • Desktop hardware/Software troubleshooting • Update Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 patches • Install and configure locally attached printer • Install and support standard Microsoft office application (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Install, configure and support Microsoft Outlook • Install anti-virus (eg Norton, MacAfee) • IP configuration for desktop/laptop • Install Adobe Reader
Job Requirements	• NTC / ITE / ‘O’ or ‘A’ levels / Diploma holders & Fresh Graduate may apply • Min 2 year and above experience in IT support in troubleshooting, installing or migrating Windows OS (2000, XP, Vista), Outlook, Internet explorer, MS Office, LAN etc • Systematic and Organized person with initiative • Good Communication and Intrapersonal skills • Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage • Singaporeans or Singapore PR may apply
