• To prepare delivery order and invoice

• To co-ordinate delivery schedules with customers

• To co-ordinate with logistic department in delivery

• To take care of customer visiting the factory

Sample Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / G.C.E. 'O' Level / 'A' Level, Degree

• Good University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

• Accounting knowledge is essential

• At least 2 years relevant experience

• 1 year relevant experience

• Excellent knowledge of MS Word & Excel including Macro writing

• Visual Basic or VBA Programming knowledge

• Working experience in any database Query / Reporting Tool

• A strong background in building & managing marketing & distribution channels will be advantageous

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English & Mandarin

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin

• Good communication skills

• Strong marketing skills preferred

• Good initiative & ability to work independently
