Job Description & Duties Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical MNC and they are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant.

Salary: up to $2500 + Shift Allowances
Work Location: Tuas
Work Days: Rotating Shifts (8am to 4pm / 4pm to 12pm)
Transport: Provided

Responsibilities:
• Coach and provide guidance to the junior Warehouses Assistants on proper and safe handling of materials
• Receive and verify incoming materials
• Handle all materials in accordance to safety, health and environmental procedures with special attention to the handling of hazardous chemicals
• Perform sampling operation according to standard procedures
• Accurately document the pack-out transactions. Input transaction data into computer systems and file the documents accordingly
• Assemble and stage materials per production pick list and issue the materials to the appropriate plants
• Complete the necessary shipping documentation and liaise with freight forwarders for export arrangement
• Maintain a master SOP listing of warehouse personnel training matrix and review warehouse related cGMP document
• Operate pallet truck, stacker, forklift and other material handling equipment, as appropriate.
• Conduct inventory counts
Job Requirements Requirements:
• GCE O level, Nitec or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience and knowledge in general and cold-chain materials handling, operating of materials handling equipment, basic safety knowledge.
• Must have good understanding of procedure/ document system used for materials movements.
• Possess Forklift licence and able to most material handling equipment
• Able to speak, read and write English; and perform basic mathematics.
• Singaporean and PR only
